Michelle

Michelle, the owner of Am & Em's, is the head baker and designer. She's the one you'll most likely be talking to when ordering.

Emma

Emma is the first helper at Am & Em's. She helps her mom (Michelle) with baking and designing, and loves doing it. She hopes to follow in her mom's footsteps and keep up the bakery through generations to come.

Amber

Amber is the second member of the team and the other namesake of the bakery. Amber is a part of recipes and design as well, and designs and sells our T-Shirts, hats, and other merchandise (along with design input from Emma). Her Vinyl business is amazing! Zach

Zach helps design cakes too. He's our newest helper at Am & Em's. He and Emma are also best friends.
